Striking larger sized doll wearing her original regional costume. She has high coloring, her original sleep eyes and eyelashes. Her original wig is some sort of synthetic material. Her highly detailed ethnic costume is made of a combination of natural and synthetic materials. She has a cry or mama voice box in her torso (mute now).
All this tells us that this example of the mold 301 is from the later period of product just prior to WWII or even perhaps shortly after the war. Think about the look of the later Bleuette dolls. This doll is both a wonderful time capsule filled with information about her world and beautiful to look at.
