I know the term 'Monumental" is over used in the antique business. But honestly, these each are monumental at over 4 feet high. I have them leaning against a door in the photos, hopefully to give you a better perspective of their size. Wonderful Wall Clock & Barometer from late 19th century.. These are fabulous architectural pieces from a fine home, hotel, or public building. Each over 4 feet long with Victorian fruit and grape carvings. The clock has a high quality time and strike brass spring driven movement with Brocot escapement. The 13 in. reverse painted glass dials are signed "A.M. Richy, a Paris" and are in good condition. The clock has a Centigrade thermometer and the barometer has a Fahrenheit thermometer, in a matched pair of carved mahogany cases. 50.5 in. high x 24 in. wide x 5.5 in. deep. Doubt you will ever see such an impressive pair again. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will help arrange shipping for you; my experience with large or small has been excellent. I do offer an easy layaway program.
