Tiny Grodnertal, articulated at shoulders and hips, in a French box. I think the box is older than the doll since it dates from circa 1895.
The doll measures just one inch while the base of the box is 1.4" across . The box, made of cardboard covered with a pink glossy paper, has in the center of its lid the lithographed die-cut of a cranky baby. Both items are all-original.
