Watercolor by Judy Skoogfors

This lovely painting was painted in 1988 by Judy Skoogfors Prip.
Judy worked as a fashion designer, illustrator and professor at the Philadelphia College of Art. She illustrated seven books and was an award winning fine arts artist in watercolors, oil painting and print making.
Judy was the widow of two acclaimed metal smiths, Olaf Skoogfors, who has work at the Smithsonian Institute and John Prip. Please google these amazing artists!
