Condition: Cover is coming loose but still attached. Pages are thick and glossy. Signature and date by original owner as noted above. Large crease and wrinkling of page with owner’s signature. Cover has come loose on lower third of book. Lower right corner of title page turned under. 2-3 prints with tiny brown spots in white margin and one with slight smudge in white margin. Overall, prints are in excellent condition with no tears, creases, stains or writing.
