Kate Greenaway china salt and pepper shakers circa 1900. White china with hand-painted faces and blue accents. These Kate Greenaway style figures feature a girl with a bonnet and blue accents and a boy with the typical hats seen on Greenaway figures. Both children have their arms folded in front of them. they have a nice glossy finish and brightly colored facial features. There is a minute area of roughness to the edge of the girl's bonnet which can be felt. This would be called a 'flea bite' to the edge of her bonnet. Difficult to see or photograph. Condition: Very small area of roughness to girl's bonnet rim at approximately 2:00. Hard to see this, but can feel this with finger. Please see last two photos. Some loss of blue to edge of girl's bonnet.
