The two marked with the Franciscan Ware name were made from 1940 to 1947.
The other two were made later after 1955.
I seem to recall these being described as tea bag holders. But folks have been known to use them as ashtrays or spoon rests.
They are in excellent condition having no chips or scratches. They look as good today as they did when they came fresh from the factory.
Each measures 4 1/2" in length x 3 3/4” across x ¾” in height. They are not flat, but, concave in the center.
