Vintage Silver tone Kramer necklace has three layered strands of brilliant Swarovski crystal rhinestones. Each strand features a chain of chaton stones having larger chatons and navette stones dangling from each chain. The chain closest to the neck has three center navettes – the middle chain has two center navettes and the longest chain has one navette stone n the center. The chains are strung so that there is a lot of spacing between each chain, which gives the necklace a fantastic layered draped look. Not typical in styling, by any means, as this is the first three strand bib necklace by Kramer that I have come across.
All stones are prong set and fiery. They are all brilliant. Finishing chain of rows of brilliant chatons culminate with a larger finishing rhinestone on one end and a shepherds hook adorned with a rhinestone on the other end. Large end rhinestone is signed KRAMER. Necklace measures 16" in length. Condition is dazzling.
Kramer ceased business in the 1970's.
Last photo shows this necklace with a Hattie Carnegie pair of earrings item # CJEH1307-59. As you can see, they feature rhinestones of the same shape and size and go beautifully together.
