Neat old plate from yester year was an advertising giveaway to customers.
Center of plate features a country scene surrounded by individual calendar pages of the year 1911. Top of plate has 1912 framed by acorns and oak leaves in the center. Sides feature individual months from January to December 1912.
Months have been placed on top of multi colored oak leaves with colors of yellow, orange, green, mauve and brown. Probably representing all the colors of the seasons.
Plate measures 8.5” across and is marked Dresden China Condition is excellent vintage. Most of the 22K gold trim remains. And very little surface wear. When hung on the wall you cannot see any.
Very fine crazing that is hard to see with the naked eye.
At the bottom center of the plate, the writing has been either worn off or removed. Appears to have said Compliments of Amahoff the Druggist Ariz (Sorry, I can’t make out the town but it is from somewhere in Arizona).
