This unsigned pink and white dangle brooch is exceptionally attractive and possibly a Miriam Haskell piece dating from the time that Frank Hess was head designer and the vast majority of Haskell pieces were unsigned. The brooch incorporates the intricacy and high quality of design, materials, and workmanship that characterize early Haskell pieces with wired faux pearls, beaded flowers, translucent art glass beads, and gilt filigree leaf accents and findings.
The brooch is large and very eye-catching at 2.75 by 4 inches. The three dimensional bar component at the top measures 2.75 inches across, 1 inch from north to south, and approximately .5 inches deep. The dangles are of varying lengths, the longest being 3 inches. The bead work is wired to a double filigree back with a rollover safety clasp. The brooch is in excellent condition with only minor signs of age that do not detract.
