This vintage chintz sugar shaker is covered with pink, blue, white and yellow flowers with green foliage on a cream background. It is marked Made In England on the underside in black with the impressed, Stella, indicating the shape. We believe it was made by Royal Winton in the Summertime pattern, Winton's most popular pattern that was produced from 1932 until production ceased in the 1960's. The sugar shaker is three and a half inches high and is square in form with angled corners. The domed top is approximately one and five eighths of an inch square and gently flares to approximately two and three eights of an inch square near the base. It is in excellent condition and comes with the original cork stopper.
