This is an Antique 19thC Greiner Style Milliners Model Papier Mache Wood Doll Original Dress Museum Deaccession. This doll is a museum deaccession from the Boxford, Massachusetts (Essex County) Historical Document Center Museum. She has a little museum tag to her dress #162. She has been in the museum for a long time. This small 9 inch milliners model has wood carved arms and legs with a papier mache shoulder head. There is some crazing to the shoulderhead face and chest plate, and a tiny paint ding to the tip of her nose. She wears her original handstitched clothing including sheer blue print cotton dress, and matching lace trimmed petticoat and pantaloons. Accessories include a seed bead multistrand necklace.
