Gorgeous heavy teapot made by Charles Fox who operated in London in the 19th century. It bears the following hallmarks: lion passant for sterling silver, leopard's head for London, UK, letter D (in a fancy font) for 1839, CF for an important silversmith Charles Fox, and Victoria's head. The condition is excellent. The pot is 11.5 inches long (nose to handle), ~7.0 inches wide, and ~ 6.5 inches tall. It weighs 31.2 oz.
Very high-quality teapot.
