Beautifully crafted chocolate pot. The lid finial is in the form of a soldier holding a shield. The pot stands on three legs. It is hallmarked on the bottom with pseudo-hallmarks: scripted letters, lion head, and letter A. It was probably made in Hanau, Germany, around
the end of the 19th/beginning of the 20th century. It is in excellent condition.
