The decanter is hallmarked with lion passant for sterling silver, anchor for Birmingham, England, letter f for year 1880, Victoria's head as a duty mark and HW&Co for a well-known maker Henry Wilkinson. Condition is nearly perfect just tarnish spots. There are also some brownish spots inside the glass jar which perhaps could be removed with proper cleaning. Very nice piece. Height to upper tip of the lid: 10 1/4 inches, width (handle to nose): 5 1/2 inches, weight: 21.5 oz.
