A pretty little continental pill box made in 935 silver which leads it's origin to perhaps Austria or Switzerland. It is stamped 935 and there is a small maker mark, hard to identify.
The slightly domed lid is covered in the prettiest lilac guilloche enamel surrounded by a white solid enamel border.
The lid fits well and lifts to reveal a gilded interior. The box dates to around 1910 to 1920 and is in excellent condition with minor wear commensurate with age. 1 1/4" in diameter x 1/2".
