A stunning little George III Vinaigrette, made from English sterling silver in superb condition. The lid is beautifully engraved and even after over 200 years, the design has good definition. This design surrounds a vacant rectangular cartouche to the centre.
The hinged lid lifts to reveal a lavishly gilded interior and a hinged ornate filigree lid. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1803 together with the initials for the highly sought-after silversmith, Samuel Pemberton.
Excellent condition measuring 1 1/4" x 7/8" x 3/8" tall.
