About as exquisite as they come, the quality of this petite flask is quite exceptional.
The glass is pretty as a picture, hand engraved with floral garlands tied with bows. The silver removable cup, collar and screw top retain the original gilding, all decorated with raised floral garlands and sprays.
The silver was imported to England, I would imagine French in origin and then fully hallmarked in England for London 1903. Once the cup is removed, the wonderfully and lavishly gilded interior is revealed. Once the lid is removed, a fine quality glass stopper is found intact.
A real Museum quality gem in superb condition. 4 1/2" tall; 2 3/8" x 1 1/8".
