A huge piece of spherical crystal was used to make the grandest of perfume bottles, hand-cut in the ever-popular hobnail design.
The sterling silver collar cascades down the shoulders of the bottle with exquisite repousse decoration incorporating floral and foliate panels. The silver is hallmarked for the highly collectable Chester assay office and the year 1904, Edwardian in era. The large lid pulls off to reveal the original glass stopper to keep the precious contents safe within.
About as good as they get in excellent condition measuring an impressive 4 1/2" in diameter x 6" tall.
