A charming little shaped jewellery box, perfect for a special ring or a few treasured gems.
The box stands on four attractive cabriole legs, most elegant; the top is beautifully decorated with a lined engraving surrounding a vacant circular cartouche.
The hinged lid fits well and once opened reveals an original blue silk lining. There is a full English hallmark for Birmingham 1911. The makers initials C.E.T. are also present for the silversmith, Charles Edwin Turner.
Excellent condition, measuring 2 1/2" x 2" x 1 3/4" tall.
