A **PAIR** of etchings, 21" by 17" as identically framed, one a still life of flowers in a vase in an interior, the other of a mother holding her child, only the floral work pencil signed, rather illegibly, at lower right (signature beginning with the "Sz...." common in Hungarian), and titled in Hungarian at lower left (as a Hungarian-speaker tells me) "Still Life" or "Flower Still Life". On the reverse backing of one is written in English "from Budapest--July 1966". Both are generally clean though there is a foxing spot in one margin and the floral work shows evidence of there having perhaps been a mat at one time (a difference in toning visible---oxidation of the paper). Allow for a few reflections in the glass.
