An impressionist watercolor painting of some wood roses or the like in a simple vessel on a tabletop, signed lower right by artist Lois Revlock. The work is quite simple but also elegant in the simplicity. Colors are subdued and harmonious. According to information developed from the net, the artist is apparently in her 80's and living outside of Philadelphia. Revlock served as the president of the Philadelphia Watercolor Society for thirteen years. She may have lived in California for a time. Measurements are 11 1/2" by 7 1/2" (16" by 12" in blue metal framing).
