After the Salvador Dali 1959 painting "Virgen de Guadalupe", this is a circa 1982 pencil signed lithograph print measuring 28" by 16 3/4" inside the mat (36" by 25" as framed). The piece is pencil signed at lower right and numbered 132/300 at lower left. This particular print is widely considered a late, unauthorized edition so is offered strictly as manner of or after the great Dali's work, the signature not by Dali, who died in 1989 and was not signing in the years before his death. It is in excellent condition. The imagery is partially taken from the Sistine Chapel, and it deals with a vision of the Virgin Mary which appeared to a peasant outside Mexico City in the early 1500's. Allow for reflections in several images.
