A watercolor painting, likely created for the tourist trade, similar to scenes of Taxco, Mexico, though this might be of Ecuador or another picturesque, red-roof locale in South or Central America. Measuring 17 1/2" by 13 1/2" as matted and framed (note the unusual cut of the mat), this nicely painted work is signed at lower left "Ocampo" and dated there 89. Condition is excellent. All photos are taken through the detail-dulling non-glare style glass.
