Old watercolor and ink illustration of a medieval knight mounted on his steed, with all the trappings of his trade, including swords, suit of armor, and white horse. The drawing probably dates to circa 1920's to 1940's, had I to venture a guess. It is signed at lower right "J. H. Dick..." (incomplete). The drawing is taped at each corner to another sheet of paper, but is not laid down. The imagery seems familiar, but I cannot place where I might have seen it previously. Affixed to reverse is what would be the right-most 3/4" of the drawing. Evidently at one time it was damaged and saved. This piece "fits" from roughly the knight's neck area to a point about 2 1/2" from the bottom. There is a small edge tear at extreme upper left corner.
