Old California watercolor landscape painting, with prominent dryland trees that might be oaks, painted in a somewhat stylized manner, 20" by 26" (29" by 35" in worn old light wood strip frame), apparently unsigned. The word "Lincoln" along with some reference numbers appears on the reverse side in pencil, and that could possibly but not necessarily refer to an artist. The work is on old paper, slightly rippled, with some mat burn along edges, and pin holes in corners where artist had this affixed while he/she was working on it. All in all, a nice example of mid century California watercolor art. If you are planning to reframe, to a smaller size, then the shipping would be much easier and considerably less expensive.
