Victorian Micro Beaded BAg Reticule Building & Trees 1850s-60 Bead Purse

Here we have an authentic 1850s - 60s Victorian purse , Micro Beaded reticule

The bag came out of an estate in Connecticut . I was told upon purchasing the "lot" of bags, that the estate was of 3 sisters and they made the bags ( I have several all slightly different ) . This makes sense to me as there are 3 of a couple of types .

The bag is expertly done , the design shows the bottom as as three buildings , then there is a man in a boat and another building on top .
The bag has multi strand tassels attached with a chunky crystal bead. One is missing from bottoms and a couple are missing from the some of the others. The bag has an embroidered top in green with a drawstring .

The bag is 5.25" x 7" , the tassels hang another 2" from this .

The condition is almost good , unfortunately it has two small holes one is 3/8" the other is 1/8", on one side in center .

The bag has a " Been in the attic for a 100 yrs " smell. It's not overpowering but its there .
