There is wear and fading to the front and back cover. Both covers show a little bit of curling at each edge; slightly. The same can be said for a lot of the pages in the book, plus the inside covers. The paper pages show aging and yelling to the pages. There is also an aging smell in the book.
The spine shows aging and wear - there is a mark on the spine look at the photos - see the last photo. I'm not sure how to describe it.
This book to me is pretty unique - I have never seen this Disney Christmas book.
