Vintage The Night Before Christmas Illustrated by Ruth E. Newton and Assisted by Mabel Horn As Seen. Whitman Publishing Co. Racine, WI.

In fair condition with several issues. The front and the back cover show wear and aging. The corners show aging and chipping to the material covering the corners. On the outside spine, there is wear and missing paper material to the spine. There is a stain above the father in his bed(photo 10) and there are dots that are written in pencil on the page before the title page(photo 7). f is some other examples of writing(photo -12 and 16). There is some light aging to the edges of the pages.
I am in no way saying that this is a perfect book - please view the photos and judge the condition for yourself. I think the illustrations are adorable and it would be cute to frame or do something with the book.
