It is in good condition with light aging and wear. The booklet has never been used and I believe it contains all of the original items that go with the booklet. Near the bottom of the pages, there are two different types of rips. The less frequent type is a tiny rip on the page.
The majority of the rips are two linear rips that are apart. I did not take a photo of all of the examples. See the examples - 13,14,16.
The front and back covers show fading, lines in white, discoloration, wear to the edges of the covers, and wear.
