Vintage Old MacDonald Has a Farm Illustrated by Margaret Jarvis Hardback Book (As Is )

Old Macdonald Had a Farm illustrated by Margaret Jarvis Hardback Book.

This is an adorable book - but it has several issues going on with it. Two pages have either been ripped or cut out of the book, see photos- 13 and 14. Two pages contain the lyrics and music for the song Old MacDonald had a farm. Both pages show wear and aging to the paper. The one in the very back shows light wear to the spine. The pages throughout show aging and wear to the edge of the pages.
On photo #7 there is a stain on the left side of the photo that has been marked. On photo #9 there is a little bit of wear, aging, and disconnect from the book and the page.

The outside of the book shows wear as well. The front and back cover show wear and aging. The spine also shows chipping to the spine material that is covering it.
