Large Vintage Silverplate Wine Cooler - Lions Heads

Strikingly large silver-plate vessel to chill multiple bottles of champagne/white wine at parties and/or be used as a centerpiece filled with orchids, poinsettia--and loads of moss. A very pretty piece for those who take their entertaining seriously! While this resembles an early 20th century piece (engraved decoration on the sides & lions heads w/ carrying loops thru the mouths) in some ways, this appears to be a late 20th century decorative piece. There are no maker's marks that I can find.
Regardless, it delivers on old money looks & utility! Shell motif on feet, engraved cartouche shapes with scrolling leaves & berries to the sides. Measures 22.5" W x 15"D x 9.25"H.

Some scratches to the interior. A pea-sized bubble to the silver-plate on the underside. Some finish loss to the loop handles.
