Nippon Hand Painted Pink Morning Glory & Gold Beaded Cake Plate Circa 1911-1921

Nice antique porcelain cake plate. Nicely decorated with hand painted pink mourning glories. With green and gold gilt border, and gold beaded. Has a gold floral medallion in the center. Marked on the reverse in green Hand Painted M Nippon with a wreath. This mark was used by Morimura Brothers in Nippon (Japan) between 1911 and 1921.

Has some usage wear consistent with age and some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition.

Measures approximately 10 1/2 inches wide.
