Antique Victorian Brooch 15ct Yellow Gold & Diamond Etruscan Revival With Box

A fine quality late Victorian brooch in the Etruscan revival style. It is in 15ct gold and has that lovely glow of these period pieces. It has a full Birmingham hallmark to the reverse with the date letter for 1894. To the centre it is set with five mine cut diamonds of graduated size. To the reverse it has a standard pin and c fixing which is working fine. Please note the pin is not gold. It has a loop to the reverse which can be used with a safety chain.

It comes with the period leatherette box as seen in the images.

Condition: Very good for period. Some minor wear and light scratches as expected. Some hand scratched numbers to the reverse which is probably the jewellers marks.
