This is a beautiful English silverplate serving piece that would have been used in a hotel for serving or keeping food warm. This is marked " BSL (Birmingham Silverplate Ltd) Silver Plate W30849 ENGLAND - BERKELEY HOTEL" Reticulated design. Nice late Victorian ware. I have not been able to locate another. Very good condition. Heavy silverplate. Slight wear on burner control handle. Please view pictures for complete condition of normal wear. Measures 11" H x 8" W.
