Vintage Samson France Porcelain 1880's Hand Painted "Coat of Arms & Mixed Flowers" with Heavy Enamel Beading 9-1/4" Plate
This is a fine early example of a hand painted Floral Plate by Samson Porcelain of Paris, France circa 1870's --1890's.
The attractive Samson Porcelain hand painted Floral Plate, which measures 9-1/4" wide, has been exceptionally decorated with a combination
of a center Coat of Arms surround by a collage of Roses & Violets and outlined, in the center of the Plate, with raised white enameling. The outer
area of the Plate displays additional Daisies in relief with an extensive background of a deep red-purple beading with fancy cross hatching. The
intricate and extensive artwork is just outstanding.
The beautiful vintage Samson Porcelain hand painted Floral & Enameled Plate is in excellent condition and totally free of chips, cracks, or other damage
with minor enameling loss & a few missing enameled beads. [see photos]
