This is a wonderful vintage 1900's unmarked Bavaria Child's Scenic Tea Pot and matching Creamer.
The Tea Pot measures 5-7/8" tall, while the Creamer measures 2-3/4" tall. The Tea Pot has been extensively decorated on both sides as well as the lid. On one side is displayed a scene of Children Fishing, while the opposite side displays children watching their father carrying a ladder to do what appears to be a chimney sweep. The Tea Pot lid displays a 3 separate scenes.....child's cannon, fork & knife, and some cherries. The Tea Pot has been nicely gilded on the top rim, spout, handle, and flared base. The matching Creamer displays a Mother and her two children. On the opposite side of the Creamer is a grouping of cherries. The Creamer has been nicely gilded on the top rim, handle, and base.
The matched pair of Tea Pot and Creamer are in very good condition and totally damage free of nicks, chips, cracks, or other damage.
Though unmarked the Set is most likely Bavaria/German. On the underside of each piece is a combination of letters and numbers.
