Freshly found in the northern suburbs of Chicago is this vintage 1920--30's unmarked Bavaria or Limoges hand painted Floral Vase.
The attractive measures 4-3/4" tall with an unusual flared top opening measuring 3-3-4" wide. The Artist has done a superb job by decorating the Vase, from end to end....and on every side with large and bright "Yellow Roses" on stem and leaf. The use of earthy colors...creme..creme yellow..and shades of brown help set off the beautiful little Vase. A heavy gilded gold top rims adds a richness.
The Vase is in excellent condition and totally damage free.
The Vase has been signed by the Artist, "N. Loewy". Additionally a note was found in the Vase [will go with the Vase] from the Artist niece.
The striking Vase is perfect for a vanity, bath, dresser, or small table.
