Residential Relics has been selling antique and vintage lighting and hardware in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for more than 25 years. We specialize in items that were built into homes from the late 1800s to the mid-1900s. We occasionally use (and disclose) any contemporary parts if vintage parts are not available to complete the light. We have made a sincere effort to accurately photograph and describe each item in our catalog, including any flaws or repairs, to let you know exactly what you are buying. Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays all shipping costs; there are no handling charges. We generally ship via UPS or USPS and we combine multiple items whenever possible to reduce shipping costs. We will pay the difference if shipping costs more than we estimated, and will refund the difference if shipping charges are much less than estimated. We carefully pack your fragile item in two boxes: the first box holds the item packed in peanuts, the second box holds the interior box with peanuts all around. (We use a lot of shipping peanuts to safely send your fragile items. Please freecycle the peanuts locally if you can rather than throwing away.) We only ship to a "confirmed" address, which means the address for the payment method you use must match your ship-to address. PayPal endorses this policy to protect buyers against unauthorized use of their credit cards and bank accounts.
