Return :

The return shipping cost as well as the tax which the return may cause * is at buyer’s responsibility. The tax the return generated will be reduced from the refund directly.

The item will not be accepted when:

No communication/notification has been given before the return.
The item is not in its original condition (damaged, converted, modified, scratched or being worn with visible further traces of wear).
Rings which have been resized.

Layaway:

Layaway plan is an essential, non-interest payment plan we offer which allows you to settle your invoice in several times, under the below conditions:

Layaway is available for all items that have been online for 24 hours and which have a value at /or above $600.

- For items between $600 and $1000, a maximum of 3 months layaway plan is available;
- For items above $1000, a maximum of 4 months layaway plan is available

The first payment should be settled no later than 24 hours after the layaway has been agreed and the first payment link been created; We can either update layaway link each month on our website for you to purchase or send you one PayPal invoice allowing partial payments (The invoice remains active till the balance is paid off). You will get noticed once the new payment link being created / the PayPal invoice is sent. Please kindly respect each payment date and pay on time.

If we do not receive the payment 48hrs after the agreed payment date, the item will be put back to the shop as available again.

If you decide to terminate your layaway plan, you will receive a store credit for the amount paid thus far. If you return your layaway item, you will also receive a store credit. Layaway payments can not be transferred back to cash refunds.

We offer free international & national shipping & Insurance Shipping from France: We offer free international shipping for all the items in the shop :) The processing time is approximately 48 hours following the validation of your order. This means that your order will usually be dispatched within this time frame. Once your items have been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. We use the tracked and insured express international shipping services provided by the French Post Office. The deadline will be different depending on your geographical area: Once processed, the average time to receive your items is 2 working days for France/ 5 working days for the European Union Countries. For other international zones, the average time of deliver is around 10 working days. Sometimes, this deadline will be longer especially during some exceptional situations such as bad weather condition, sharp shopping moments or bad logistic situation (Covid…etc) For urgent need, we strongly purpose you to order in advance. If you need to upgrade your shipping (which requires extra costs), please kindly contact us.
