Stunting finding - an antique pot, hand crafted around 1900s of cast iron. Real eye catcher!
It was once used to prepare meals on direct fire. Its handles are large to make it easier for the housewife to push two wooden sticks through and thus carry the pot off the fire.
In the past, pots were patched for as long as possible, so is this pot with beautiful metal patches. Gorgeous vintage condition with deep rust, stains, tiny holes at the bottom and stunting timeworn patina. Would be perfect display case in almost any living or business premises.
Old beauty is cleaned and ready to enjoy. Photo props are not included in the price.
