PAYMENT TERMS:
All orders place using PayPal for payment is expected at time of sale, however can take up to 5 days to complete with prior contact to FINDS N TRENDS that payment will be delayed.
All Cash Sales must be confirmed when contacted by FINDS N TRENDS and payment must be received within 7 days of sale.
RETURNS When making a return you must notify us within 3 days that you receive the item letting us know you will be returning the item and for convenience upon request I can send a shipping label and you can either arrange online for pick up the next day (pick up is free) or you can bring to the post office, once label is generated it should be shipped asap. Buyer pays for return shipping. We ship at a discounted rate and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

FIND N TRENDS can switch SHIPPING CARRIERS WITHOUT NOTICE in efforts to keep shipping cost affordable and low for customers. We don’t charge extra for shipping or handling.
We generally ship via the U S Postal Service in the event that you wish to not have your package shipped via this carrier due to past problems, please contact prior to have shipping carrier changed to UPS, however shipping cost are higher using this carrier and you will be charged exact amount and not a penny more.

We ship via USPS and UPS, Buyer pays shipping stated on the listed item and can be combined with other items to save on shipping costs. We take great care to securely package your purchase. All jewelry items come in a beautiful jewelry pouch or box and are bubble wrapped. Shipping insurance & tracking number is already included for all items shipped within the United States . We track all our packages once they are shipped until they are delivered and send updates on expected delivery dates to keep you informed of any delays your package might encounter due to weather conditions, ect. Although we take extra precautions to properly pack all item occasionally a item might come damaged, in this event please save all packaging and photograph it and I will aid you in the claims process for a refund.
