Early 19th Century Georgian brass door porter or door stop in the form of a bell with line engraved decoration. The long brass stem terminating in a loop handle. The original lead filling at the rear of the base remains intact. The door stop is as found, unpolished and in good condition with minor surface wear and spots of verdigris. The stem of the handle is very slightly bent. It measures approximately 22"H x 4 1/2"W (at base). Please see all photos.
