We will send a reminder email to your Ruby Lane account address if an item has not been paid for within three days. A second reminder will be sent three days later providing three additional days to make payment. If payment is not made the order will be cancelled and the item returned to inventory for sale.

If an item is not paid for within 24 hours during a Ruby Red Tag Sale or other site sponsored sale, the order will be cancelled and the item returned to inventory for sale.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays for shipping, handling, and insurance. Shipping to the United States only, unless by special arrangement. We use USPS first class insured and tracked shipping. If you need to have an item arrive by a particular date the ordinary shipping method by first class mail may not be sufficient. Expedited shipment is possible but must be discussed in advance and the Buyer will pay for actual shipping in these circumstances. Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. If you send the item back, the insurance will become void. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it. Purchase more than one item at one time and I will ship them together (if possible) to save you money on shipping.
