Antique 10K Eastern Star Enamel Pin Badge Past Matron 1921 3gms 1.5"
This appears to be a Past Matron's pin, guessing from the gavel, but I don't know for sure.
Sprague No 313. On the back it's marked 10k on the pin bar and on the back of the pin.
It looks like it also has a patent date on the back, which I can only read part of "Feb 7, 1910. Then there's the letter B and the number 3964 followed by engraved 1921
