Pictured for sale are Two Cookbooks including Short Cuts to the Dinner Table and Culinary Arts Institute Short Cuts to the Dinner Table and also Two Vintage Green Handle Cookie Cutters. These Cookbooks and Cookie Cutters will take you back in time when as a child you may have spent time in your mom's or grandmother’s kitchen helping to make meals or luscious desserts for everyone to enjoy. What fun that must have been. Listed below are descriptions of each item and its condition:
1.)The first is an autographed paperback cookbook by Vera A. Schneider called "Short Cuts to the Dinner Table". This 14 page cookbook was a supplement found inside the Public Spirit Newspaper of Hatboro, Pennsylvania, from October 4, 1934. The 14 pages are filled with recipes for appetizers, beverages, breads, muffins, salads, vegetable dishes, meats, fish and accompaniments, cakes, pies and desserts. The author is found on the front cover as she prepares a meal in her modern 1934 vintage kitchen. The book was sponsored by the Philadelphia Electric Company, the Fruit Dispatch Company, Morning Sip Coffee, Felin's Pure Pork Products and the famous Lit Brothers Department Store of Philadelphia, Pa. There are 80 recipes for you to take a crack at making. It measures 7" x 10".
**Condition: The front and back covers and the inside pages are in good condition. *Covers: There are a few tiny to small tan stains on the front cover and one tiny gray stain on the back. *Inside pages: There is a tiny to small stain on the right edge of the first seven pages.
2.)This cookbook is titled "Short Cuts to the Dinner Table" published for The Culinary Arts Institute, edited by Ruth Berolzheimer and copyrighted in 1941 by Consolidated Book Publishers of Chicago, Ill. During the 1930's and 1940's Ruth Berolzheimer was the Betty Crocker of her time as she published hundreds of cookbooks. This is number 16 in a large series of paperback type cookbooks that she published. The 48 pages are packed with yummy recipes on how to make ice creams, sherbets and ices, mousses and marlows, mallobets, chilled desserts, baked Alaskas, meringues, refrigerator cakes, parfaits, refrigerator cookies, frozen puddings, sauces, bombes, puffs and pies. Also there are a number of black and white pictures of the desserts. This cookbook measures 6" x 9 3/4".
**Condition: The front and back covers are in good condition and the inside pages are in very good condition. *Covers: There are three crease marks on the front cover, minor wear along the spine, minor edge wear, and minor surface wear to the front and back covers.

3.)The next two items are vintage aluminum green handle cookie cutters from the 1950's.
**Condition: Very Good Condition. The paint on each handle is very good, bright and clean. The aluminum is unbent and free of tarnish.
