Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

All items are sent via a tracked and insured service. All items listed on the shop have free worldwide shipping and there is no extra cost incurred by the buyer. Please note that this does not include any customs charges or fees and it is the responsibility of the buyer to establish what these may be and order accordingly, rates of fees for customs vary greatly depending on the area which you are based, please contact your local authority if in doubt, I cannot be held liable for any fees relating to customs or import nor any delays caused by customs procedures. For items returned the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, items must be returned in the condition they were originally sent in. Buyers must contact me within 14 days of receiving the item to advise of a wish to return and return the item using tracked and insured shipping within 30 days, I cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to items that are returned without valid insurance. For items arriving damaged please contact us immediately with photographic evidence and times and dates and we can process a claim with the courier, claims may take up to 30 working days to be completed.
