Presented for your consideration is this interesting and hard to find hanging hall lamp. The base of the lamp is brass and has an acorn shaped ceiling mount with a short chain and a brass shade holder. In the middle of the shade holder is an electric socket. The lamp is completed with a reverse painted art glass shade. The shade has a beautiful woods scene painted around it with mountains in the background and bodies of water in between the tree lines. Some enameling and texturing is on the foreground trees. Nice, intricate detailing is present throughout the scene. There are no markings on the lamp to indicate a maker. The shade was possibly made by Handel. The lamp is guaranteed to be old. This nice lamp would make a great addition to any lamp or lighting collection!
Brass is free of dents and dings. No cracks or chips in the glass. Light age and use wear. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Measures 8" in diameter at the widest point of the shade and approximately 29" long.
