It is numbered "97/750" lower left and hand signed by the artist lower right, and there is an inscription saying "To Jim. With warm personal regards. J.O". The litho is from the mid 20th century . The picture measures 25"T by 21" wide without the frame The passe-partout is 10 cm / 4 inches wide. This is a very unusual and rare portrait of the young Queen sitting on a terrace over looking a park with a castle towering in the foreground.a midst a dark dramatic sky. She is dressed in a lovely white dress with fur cape over her shoulders.She has an intelligent yet attentive expression on her face. The over all condition of the frame is good with only minor scratches. The frame is extremely heavy.
