This is a pr of water colour paintings that are executed on card or are paper on card They have glass protecting them. I believe they are French in origin and the frames they are mounted in are marked Orevie and a number with two initials. There is writing on the back of the paintings but very faint and illegible. The paintings are portraits of King Henry the Vlll and Queen Elizabeth l. They are nicely done. They each measure with frame 3"w by 4 1/2"L They are mounted in easel back bronze frames. Frames are old and have a darkened patina to them. Age grime and scratches on the back is evident. Nice portraits. Great historical genre.
